]]> Fan System Simulation with HyperMesh and AcuSolve Solutions

Fan system studies for automotive applications are based on a numerical process that aims to shorten development cycles and to offer engineers a reliable tool for design and analysis. Recent hardware and software progress allows conducting simulations intensively for real industrial cases, taking into account all the geometrical details of the equipment to study, and even the details of test benches on which they are qualified.

Tools from the Altair platform were used to test and assess the benefits of this fully automated process. Each step was clearly defined in order to have a chain that can be easily maintained and updated. AcuSolve was chosen to perform the fluid simulation.
